1.使用别名登录，登录后别名显示在对话框前端
例如:使用别名foo登录后，对话框前端会显示
foo /msg NickServ REGISTER bar [email protected]
2.登录后使用，NickServ的注册命令REGISTER，
可以使用
/msg NickServ help
或者
/msg NickServ help REGISTER

注册命令的语法如下
Syntax: REGISTER <password> <email-address>
foo为自己的别名，登录后自然在对话框中显示，在对话框中只需要输入命令
/msg NickServ REGISTER bar [email protected]
即可，其中bar为密码，[email protected]为注册的email，
foo /msg NickServ REGISTER bar [email protected]
3.注册成功后显示，然后去注册邮箱认证。
[NickServ]An email containing nickname activation instructions has been sent to [email protected].
[NickServ]If you do not complete registration within one day, your nickname will expire.
[NickServ]foo is now registered to [email protected], with the password bar.
